The Event

2 Heads are Better Than One was the fourth in series of Ovro & Niko Skorpio -team's evenings of live music at Living Room. This one had a special theme: "An evening for improvisation: experimental first time ever duets bring you improvised soundscapes ranging from mellow ambient to harsh noise."

Mow

"Mow" was a on-the-spot improvisation duo of Ovro and Mockingwyrd.

Tracklist

The duet began with the play-back of the musical partners' earlier co-operation work called "Malice's Bomb" (one minute version), after that everything was improvised.

Reviews

(Kuolleen Musiikin Yhdistys)

Remembrances

2Heads was a very interesting evening with an unique concept (if I dare saying so myself, it being my idea...), even being the beginning of a longer lasting duo co-operation, that of Ibrahim Terzic and Rene Kita. Granted, the artists tend to have most of the fun, while for the audience it was quite a long evening... But hey, it can't always be all about the audience, no can it? (Said she, with a grin)

My collaboration with Mockingwyrd was decided just a short while before we went on stage. We had a few minutes to discuss what we might want to play and then got up and did it. All things considered, not a bad performance at all!
